Spotted in NYC: Mr. Brainwash

I had heard there was a show of artwork by the enigmatic Mr. Brainwash, who is the focus of Banksy's new movie, in the Meatpacking District in NYC, so I decided to hunt it down while I was there last week. However when I got to the space it was locked and there was no listing for hours. The doorman of the building said there were people inside and that I should go ahead and knock on the door. A woman in a nice dress answered and told me that the entire show was being redone and would reopen in a week. I told her I wasn't going to be around then, so could I take a peek? She said no, but compensated for my disappointment by giving me a set of posters for the show, which I had seen plastered on some temporary walls across the street. After she went back inside the doorman said, "I'll be happy when those people are gone." While I would've loved to see the work, the odd experience was certainly worth the trip and I'm secretly hoping the doorman was actually Banksy or Mr. Brainwash in disguise!
