I just realized the other day that the transmogrification of yellow ribbons into ribbon-shaped magnets portends the next logical progression of silicone awareness bracelets being turned into bracelet-shaped magnets (see my illustration above). I feel sick to my stomach even considering making these for real, but I'm sure there's a fortune to be made. Let me know the first time you see one of these on the road.

CH and I heard a story ( I think on BBC) about PETA hiring Pam Anderson ( again I think it was her silicone) to be a spokes person against the mistreatment of chickens who are raised (unnaturally of course) to have enourmous breasts for the grocery market. The breasts of these chicks are so huge and unnatural that they are unable to hold themselves up.... now what sort of bumper-magnet image could one invent with this little piece of info???? :)
